In search of a Cisco PBX specialist with intimate knowledge of how to configure PBX systems for regions such as the UAE.
Our environment:
Cisco 3800 PBX system
Handsets - CP-9971 wireless phones
PoE Cisco Swtich
AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9 wireless routers
We inherited this system, and for the most part it is running ok, but we need some tweaking.
We are running into the following issues that we would like resolved as part of this job:
1. Currently incoming calls only ring 3 times before going into a dead-end VM. We would like it to ring at least 10 times before going to a working central VM.
2. Caller ID is not working on the handsets. We would like to see if we can resolve this issue.
3. Call transfer between extensions doesn't seem to work, could be a training issue. Would like to explore this.
4. We would like to create a call group for incoming calls so that it rings on 3 extensions at the same time.
5. Sometimes outgoing calls stop working and system needs a reboot. Would like a log analysis if possible to see if the issue can be fixed.
6. Explore what it would take to activate certain features like welcoming messages, call routing.
