I own 4 condos in a building in the center of an urban core. We have gotten a couple of offers from developers to buy the entire building which sound good but the footprint is seriously underutilized vs. best and highest.
I'd like an estimate of what the land should be worth to a developer whatever can be done within lets say a day or two.
I need it by Tuesday morning. You'll have to do all the research and document FAR, allowable height, parking requirements, nearby comps for sales and rental per sq. ft. and whatever other input you might need.
In your response, please describe how you will do the calculation i.e. what inputs you will use and what the formula(e) will be.
