The Center for Court Innovation is a non-profit organization that works to create a more effective and humane justice system by performing original research and helping launch reforms around the world. The Center creates operating projects that have been documented to reduce the use of jail and prison, assist victims of crime, and strengthen communities. Nationally and internationally, the Center performs original research and provides consulting services to justice innovators.
We have recently implemented Jira ServiceDesk to deal with IT requests, as well as requests coming in to any administrative department - including new hiring and onboarding, promotions, purchasing, communication requests, etc. We're looking for a freelancer to specifically implement the ServiceDesk requests and workflows for our HR related requests, although someone who has the expertise to also look at our existing processes and reports and help us fully leverage the functionality of ServiceDesk and create the best user experience would be great.
Someone who can come in person to midtown New York City would be great, but we are willing to consider people who have experience and references to vouch for their ability to work remotely.
