I am a seller. and one of my customer filed a fraudulent charge-back ( Unauthorized transaction) against me 2 months after receiving his order. His financial institution decided in his favor despite all the details i sent to prove that it was an authorized transaction. i would like to fight the case to the court of law. and i need help with that.

1. analyzing the situation and decided if i have a case
2. help me file the lawsuit in case i have a case.
