Required Accounting freelancer for Need improved reporting and analysis from Quickbooks and other platforms we use job

We are looking for consulting assistance for the following work:


-Review our current implementation of Quick Book Online (QBO) and assist with potential Chart of Accounts reorganization

-Review Accounts Receivable processes including the revenue workflow from our Event Management system into QBO

-Review Accounts Payable processes including workflow of expense detail from various systems into QBO

-Review Payroll processing

-Suggest improvements to workflow with the objective of closing QBO on a monthly basis and develop new procedures for those workflows

-Assist with the development of standardized month end reporting

-Develop an easy method for creating a budget/forecast report

-Assist with system integration analysis for new resource management system
