I am seeking someone with family law expertise within New Jersey to assist with preparing a 'Family - Multi-Purpose Post judgment Motion Packet' for my father who has been disadvantaged from the family courts which are biased towards the mother. This isn't your stereotype situation of an abusive husband/father but rather a manipulative, crafty ex-wife who has taken advantage of him and the system.
