Required Legal freelancer for Need legal assistant experienced estate, business and trust administration transactions and property transfers job

We are a law firm specializing in business transactions (purchase and sale agreements, leases, employment agreements, etc.), estate and elder law planning and trust administration. We have a document creating tool that satisfies the front-end creation of the planning documents. We need help on the other side of the plan, when a loved one passes. So, I am looking for someone experienced in unwinding a trust in order to distribute assets to beneficiaries of the trust. Sometimes I need documents; sometimes I need instruction letters prepared to be sent to financial vendors (banks, brokerage companies, insurance companies, etc.).

From time to time I need assistance updating edits to purchase and sale agreements, real estate mortgages and promissory notes, leases, employment agreements, and so forth. The work in this area would be somewhat sporadic.

I would like to find a long-term relationship for this project.
