The job is to answer customers' questions before they place a order on our site
(such as :how long will receive? What is the return policy? What is the payment method? ....)
So: we need someone who qualify below points to answer customers questions:
1: Have a very polite , friendly, and comfortable way to clarifying customers doubt.
2: Good at sales and who is very smart to understand customers' requests and concerns quickly, and know the best way to encourage customers place an order.
-Native Portuguese Speaker.
-Good at sales.
-Customer Service experience is preferred
-Past retail or direct sales experience is preferred
- Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills
- Excellent written communication skills - using proper grammar with smooth flow
- Demonstration of self-motivation and results-orientation.
