Required software development freelancer for Need technical support, windows, sofware, network job

Looking for someone to help clients with network, hardware, software issues, including windows, point of sale setup and guidance. Needs to be able to call clients on their phone or mobile so make sure you are able to call with skype mobile or other app since clients need to be reach on their mobile or phone in USA and Canada. You will only get from 0 to 3 request per week so this really on call only. We pay $50 / month even if you get 0 request in a month. Also you need to be able to be fast to resolve issues and use all your knowledge and resources don't give up until issue is resolve. Example of issues:' please, help how do i add a product with my software? How can i connect 2 computers together to share the same database? My monitor does not turn on. My computer is beeping.
