need to create a command line tool the operates with arguments
it needs to:

1. compress all the .png images and replace the existing with less than the original in the folder specified and it's sub folders. if folder not specified it will run on the current. while running it will log the file name, original size, size after compression.
the compressing algorithm can be lossy but must not lose quality.

2. change the name of the specified file. it will be used on the image, but don't matter, I want to keep the format, just change the name. for the argument, I will specify the path

3. compress all the content of the folder, not the folder itself with a specified name

4. the code needs to be clean and written in functions
