Required Google Search,Market Research,Web Scraping freelancer for Negative Equity House Addresses, UK job

Looking for web scraping to find houses in negative equity across the UK. Does not have to be a particular city or area etc, just UK mainland. $50 per 300 addresses. Should include 10% extra for houses that don't meet the criteria. Looking for someone efficient and focused, 2 week time scale. Further jobs could be available following completion of this. Help can be provided via telephone if necessary but independent work is desired. No viewing of properties required, can be done from home.
