1. Ensure network services reliability and availability, so we work as 3rd level support on network incident, change and problem management.
2. Cisco environment: CCNA, CCNP, configure access level switches, basic routing
3. Understanding of network protocols including VLAN, ACL, NAT, GRE, SIP and so on.
4. Establish and maintain relationship with ISP, Internet Carriers, and vendors
5. Improve current enterprise network solution and develop new network solution.
6. Understanding of Linux servers and their operation
7. Apache configuration/administration
8. Experience of KVM, Postfix, WordPress in Linux
9. Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, Active Directory, IIS Server, Group Policies
10. Perform HW & SW upgrades to servers & network as required.
11. Manage and resolve HW & SW issues relating to client, servers, switches & network equipment
12. Experience with monitoring systems and network monitoring tools.
