We are looking for a qualified professional to assist with ongoing network administration and support. The network spans 2 physical data center locations in the DFW area and is a mix of Windows and Linux physical and virtual machines. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following.
- 24/7 emergency network support
- Manage and support 2016 Hyper-V cluster with 7 host machines and approx. 24 guest machines
- Manage and support Dell PowerVault MD3200i and MD1200
- Manage and support 2016 Windows domain
- Manage and support Microsoft System Center DPM and Virtual Manage Manager
- Manage and support Pfsense firewalls
- Manage and support multiple Synology NAS
- Perform OS updates for Windows machines
- Perform hardware upgrades and repairs on physical machines in both data centers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Proficient with administration of Debian and Windows operation systems
- Proficient with administration of Hyper-V cluster and guest machines
- Proficient with administration and troubleshooting of Apache and IIS web servers
- Must be available 24/7 for emergency support
- Must be local to DFW in order to respond in timely manner to physical issues at data centers
