Required Avada Theme Customization,Wordpress freelancer for New Avada Home Page job

I have a website that uses the Avada theme. I would like to have my homepage redesigned using all the eye catching features Avada provides. I would like to possibly have the video on my home page to play in the background of the header. I am open to suggestions, but my main goal is to get people to click for a quote, more conversions.
