Required Project Management freelancer for New Beauty brands Amazon Store job

Launching New Beauty amazon listing. My partner is a dermatologist in Mexico City and has a very successful business selling the line of products that she created. We are going to take these products and sell online starting with amazon. I have uploaded the initial product photos and initially set up the products but I don't know what to do from here. Looking for someone to get in to the account and get it the products ready to sell. Not sure of how or if this category still needs approvals but I have all documentation needed. Would like to start here and then hopefully build relationship moving forward. Also have a designer pet treat store I would like to start now as well. Is this something you are interested in? Have limited budget starting out but can invest and have access to more funding more once the products are up and start to show progress to my partners.
