Required Graphic Design,User Interface Design freelancer for New Detailed Website Specifications and Wire frames for site and mobile app job

We are looking for detailed specifications and wireframes for a website and a mobile phone application for a remix of our site. The work should. be designed in a way were we can rebuild the site and release a minimum viable product as phase 1 and elevate to phase 3 or 4. All phases will need to be described and be accompanied by wireframes.

We will hire an experienced company with great experience in planning specification and wireframes and thought-planning.

Since we have already built the beta of of our site and have many ideas on the functions we would like for the new website, you will need to work closely with leaders from our team.
