Required Intellectual Property Law,Legal Writing,Patent Law freelancer for NON-infringement opinion for patent design job

I need to create a non-infringement opinion letter or a response letter to Amazon and rights owner of a patent design. This should demonstrate how my product is different to patent design and that the infringement is applicable. I have actually done the letter with specifications and differences highlighted already but I need a legal draft or someone to have an opinion on this. I do not intend to go to a court or suit law, it's just to respond to Amazon's request and eventually to rights owner.
