Required Copyediting,Copywriting,Creative Writing freelancer for Novel Copy Editing Project job

I am currently in the process of writing a 200,000 word fantasy novel. I am currently at the 1/3 point of completion and would like to start engaging an editor for work on the chapters that are completed. I would prefer to work with only one editor so if the work is satisfactory, I would very much prefer to continue using the same editor through project completion. I envision proving the editor with my manuscript in 60,000-80,000 word chunks as it helps me focus on refining the book based on each major act. This first job will be editing of act 1. I am a professional writer so my emphasis will be on copy and proofreading. I am open to and encourage developmental feedback on major plot items and suggestions for story or character arc improvement, but it must come secondary to proofing and editing my document for grammar and sentence structure inaccuracies.
