We are looking for an Office 365/Sharepoint online business expert to help analyze our existing environment, set-up and configuration and provide detail reporting.

We want to maximize our digital workplace via O365/SP OOTB and need a O365/SP online expert to do the following:

1. Create best practices portal structure
2. Define a communications strategy
3. Define a document organization strategy (both internal and external access)
4. Establish an internal services strategy (i.e Intranet and Extranet)
5. Integrate our new portal structure with new and existing business processes
6. Training internal team
7. Provide documentation for the above
