Required Matlab,Machine Learning freelancer for object recognition using matlab job

We need a MATLAB program which can detect medals, tabs and ribbons on the uniform of a soldier. In this, we input an image of a soldier and run the MATLAB program over it and get the results which tell us about the decorations, tabs, medals or the ranks which that soldier is wearing on his uniform.
