Required software development freelancer for Odoo ERP assessment job

We are using Odoo ERP Enterprise V12 for almost one year in our company
we are looking for someone who has a strong experience in Odoo to give us feedback about the deployment and the whole system
especially the following:
Security (How we can improve the security for the system )
Inventory ( how to integrate inventory with the accounting )
how to handle free items like free samples

I will put 200$ because it's mandatory to put an amount but the cost will be discussable
