I am the founder of Advocation, an employment law firm located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Though we currently use Office 365, we don't do so in an optimized manner.
As the firm grows and continues to employ staff both virtually and at our physical office, I want to make sure that our firm can safely and securely reside on the Cloud using Office 365 as the tool that enables us to collaborate, access files, support our workflow and processes, which will invariably help us better serve our clients.
We do NOT need someone who provides technical IT support. We currently have an outsourced technical support team that does a GREAT job for us.
What we need is someone to build out our Office 365 environment in order to optimize the way we work (whether that work is done virtually or at our office) and integrate Office 365 with other software tools we use, where possible (e.g. Case Management software).
You can be located anywhere in the world - you do not need to be local in Toronto.
And this is a short-term project to design, implement and deliver our new and improved Office 365 environment. Together, we can discuss and determine the scope and duration of the project, as well as any follow-up monitoring assistance we may require.
