I'm a software engineer looking to hire a software engineer to support my work. I'm hoping to find a developer who can help me pushing projects through quicker. As part of this you would:
- build static HTML websites & compontentize the parts (splitting header into separate file, etc.)
- build simple frontends using VueJS/VuePress, eleventyJS and VanillaJS (ES6). No super complex things. No worries.
- For CSS I use either no framework (plain CSS), TailwindCSS or sometimes still Bootstrap (getting phased out slowly). Styling will be a fair share of the work.
- Fix minor bugs on these sites
- Help me with my client project occasionally.

How I work?
1. I'll prepare a basic brief on the idea, milestones, goal and tech stack. There will be examples such as other websites and applications showing certain parts or sketches.
2. We discuss the tech stack, find answer to questions together and agree on a price (fixed price). You build the site mostly independent. You hand in milestones as previously discussed. Throughout the work you can ask me questions if there are major issues, otherwise I hope to find someone who is able to work mostly independent.
3. I'll review to work to ensure we are both happy. These are mostly quality assurance steps such as cross browser testing and code cleaning tasks. I expect quality work and don't want to ask again and again for the same things. Learning on the job is expected.
The job is considered done one quality assurance is completed and the site is online without major reports on issues.
