I'm looking out for a professional freelancer who can offer to work 1:30p.m GMT - 9:30p.m GMT
The tasks on hand will be:
1. Answering the live chat and closing deals
2. Calling clients who take a trial and hand holding them with the product
3. Asking them if they need help with any feature
4. Converting them from trial users to paid over phone or taking their feedback and passing it on to the technical team.
