We are a small non-profit education organization that utilizes Salesforce to track engagement with K-12 school districts, educators, and other entities/stakeholders. We have someone who provides Salesforce support in-house and are looking for a consultant to provide additional support when tasks exceed our in-house skill or when internal change requests exceed our capacity to implement in a timely manner. The hours will vary per month but will not exceed 20 hours/month or 100/yr.
Specific tasks include:
FONTEVA. Provide assistance with a Fonteva implementation. We are close to complete and may need assistance customizing the end-user community site.
CONGA. Provide assistance implementing and customizing Conga.
DATA IMPORTING & MANAGEMENT. Provide best practices and recommendations for how we can better import data into Salesforce. Our current method is not working well.
DUPLICATES. Provide best-practices and strategies for reviewing and dealing with duplicate accounts and contact.
CREATE RELATED OBJECTS or NEW FIELDS. We have several data sets (survey responses) that are related to Accounts. We want to either create a new related object or find some other way to display the related information in an easy-to-view manner. This work would include creating the visual element and uploading the data.
WEBSITE to SALESFORCE SYNC. We have two websites that do not feed data to Salesforce. We would like to eventually sync the data from membership registrations and contact forms with Salesforce.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE. Provide ongoing maintenance and support as requested. This may include dashboard creation, custom objects, or simple questions about strategies and best practices.
