We have an opencart 2.x store, on Journal theme and a HubSpot account. We have a few things we want to have happen. In order of importance:
Overall Shop.Imagesplash.com Details:
1. Figure out and fix why the store isn't loading currently. It was working just fine a handful of weeks ago. Now it seems to be stuck in a redirect loop or something and the admin is kicking out some errors. Server/opencart install might have been hacked or compromised.
2. We have a handful of minor tweaks to the current functionality. We have had some custom work do on this and some modules addded so you'd need to be aware of those. A few things are the Product Page live price update(when an option is selected or quantity is changed) isn't working and updating the price live. Another thing would be on the Cart page, for the line item for each product the Qty field box needs to be a little longer to allow 6 digits to be displayed.
3. And the biggest item we'd need custom built is the following functionality:
We'll call this one the Guaranteed Delivery Date Product Option & Pricing
Here's the scope:
This will be a product option that will have a unique formula/price that will be applied. We'd like the parameters of this to be editable within the admin on a per product basis. Products have different production times, production fees, and box fees that requires us to have this editable and unique for each product if we want.
- on the user side/front end product page there will be an option that says Select This Product's Guaranteed Delivery Date.
- once clicked it displays a calendar for the user to select their delivery date.
- based on the delivery date selected it will add a single product option price to the product as a whole
- pricing formula for this option is as follows:
1. FedEx Fee - Weight of product and all options selected is used with connection with FedEx pricing API to determine the Flat FedEx Price. One thing to note here is if the weight exceeds FedEx's single package weight of 150lbs the calculation needs to take that into consideration and get a FedEx quote for a multiple box shipment. We'd like to set a single Zipcode that would be used for the FedEx price request and have that editable by product in the opencart admin. We'd also like to be able to set/change what the Ship Method(next day, 2 day, 3 day, ground) is being used for this price request based on how many days in the future the user is selecting as their Delivery Date. Here's an example table to explain what I mean. This is something we'd like to have editable per product as well. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12H4RKepjNjUA5muoI-lPpEDHu1E9pfcGt6FSd4GI43w/edit#gid=0
2. Production Product Multiplier Fee - We would need some back-end management of this fee as the parameters for this change. How this fee is calculated is based on how many days in the future the deliver date is it calculates a percentage increase of the current product and options selected price. For example if I select a deliver date of tomorrow the Production Product Multiplier fee calculation is (current product and selected options price \u00d7 .3 = Production Multiplier). The way we convey this in a chart or spreadsheet would be
1 day in the future = .3 multiplier
2 days = .2
3 days = .1
4 days = .05
5 days = .02
6 days = no multiple
It would be great if this and the FedEx shipping method was in the same place. The spreadsheet reflects what we'd like to see for options and editable fields.
3. Box Fee - # of boxes determined by #1 FedEx Fee weight multiplied by a dollar amount($3). What the dollar amount is will need to be editable from the admin on what the product specific box fee.
So this option single fee calculation is (FedEx Fee + Production Product Multiplier Fee + Box Fee)

Hubspot Integration Details:
1. When a new order is placed the customer information, order date, hubspot cookie data, order total, product information, etc.. is loaded into hubspot as a new contact and new deal. With the contact being marked as a Customer, and the Deal being marked Closed Won
2. When someone fills first name, last name, email, during the check out process we'd like that sent to Hubspot at that time as a Prospect, with a detail field somewhere to state Abandoned Cart and any information available from opencart such as the products in their cart, the quantity, the order total, etc... Abandoned Carts should also create a Deal in Hubspot as well with the details of the order within that deal information.
3. Any other suggestions or improvements to our current integration will be welcomed. Ultimately we want all the customer and order data from opencart to be accurate in Hubspot as well.

We need a super fast turnaround and are looking to make a decision quickly on a developer or two to start to tackle this project.
