I need a image comparison library build using OpenCv on Android(Kotlin). By image comparison what I mean is that there will be an ImageA (presetImage). A user will be taking an image using the cam imageB. Using OpenCv we should be able to determine, a comparison percentage between these two images.

Please note: the UI part neednt be bothered about, only the OpenCv interation needs to be done by the freelancer.
