Required TensorFlow,OpenCV,Numpy freelancer for OpenCV YOLO Homography 2D Map CCTV job

I am starting to develop a security system. I would like to receive the data from multiple cctv cameras, detect the object with YOLO and output 2D coordenates doing homography algorythm. I am learning this, already set up YOLO. And I need some training/guideance/assistance for the next steps. Finally I want to show the dots with their description in a map
