Required software development freelancer for Openvpn job

Hi I use xtreamcodes inside this software I can put several servers as loads balance the main server where the program is installed it is only for the client to connect to the panel it then resends to the load balance where it is hosted the stream I want to put openvpn in all servers But if you place the loads inside the same network of the main server all the band passes through it and if you create a different network for each one the clients can not see the streams that are in the loads

and I wanted to use all the loads with vpn but that the band used is the one of each one and does not go through the main server

the client to connect always uses the direct link to the main server
