Order and Warehouse Management System with Stripe, Shopify, DHL Express Integration

Requirements:
We prefer Django as the backend, but we are open to other frameworks.

Order & Warehouse Management System ( Usually known as WMS ) :

Orders are received via Shopify API and Custom Request section.
Items ordered by customers are organized and checked with inventory.

Items that are not in inventory ( 90% of the orders are items not inventory ) are listed out for us to purchase and purchased items (price/quantity/purchase location/link/image/name/date) are ticked/marked in the system. Some items might be out of stock and we should be able to tell the system.

Items usually take a few days to reach warehouse. There should be a way to automatically check and remind us that some items have not arrived after many days. ( Delivery delay or item is out of stock )

Once items reaches warehouse, we would need a way to identity what items that we are expecting and then we can proceed to scan barcode of the items or manually mark the items that has reached the warehouse.

Once all the items that an order requires is in the warehouse ( ticked by the app or already in inventory), the system will print out the labels via DHL Express API or exported to a specific excel format for other shipping couriers, according to the shipping method required by the specific order. The system should be coded to allow easy addition of new APIs or different excel format.

The order will then be fulfilled on Shopify and tracking info updated to the customer.

Custom Request Section:

We currently have a custom request form already implemented and running on our Shopify store. However, the function of the email contact form provided by Shopify is limited. You can expand on the existing function or set up a new one.

We need a function where customers will be able to submit custom requests of items that they want to buy. Customers will be able to provide links, quantity, of products they want to buy. Customer info is retrieved from their account on our Shopify store. The system will then email back the customer a confirmation email with details of their request.

The custom request will then be logged into our system, our staffs will check the links, and reply to the customer if there are any changes that needed to be made, and to let the customer confirm the shipping option as well as the prices. Once the staff check and approves, an email will be sent to direct the customer to a page to select the shipping option and then pay for the item. Payment will be done via 2 ways. Most customers will be handled by generating and sending an invoice via Shopify API and some other customers will be handled by invoicing them via directly integrated Stripe.

Once the customer pay for the item, it will then be handled by the system in the previous section.

If this section can be implemented as a Shopify private app, that would be better.
