Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Order History Management - Inventory Data Processing, Collection, Entry and Assessment Excel job

I have orders that were placed 3-5 times per week for the last 2 years. In each order there are roughly 20-50 items. The orders have all been sent in an excel spreadsheet.
I require somebody to take all of the orders, add them all into a spreadsheet and with the spreadsheet work out how many of each item has been ordered during the last 2 years.
I require somebody who can take the information and create some kind of spreadsheet formula or program that adds up the amount of times each item has been ordered in total during the last 2 years.
