We are a furniture trading company based out of Hong Kong and serve the worldwide market.
Firstly, we are looking into the implementation of an OTIP software system to track our supplier base effectiveness. We want to be able to set and record certain milestone dates in production and obviously track whether or not they are being met and if they have delivered on time and in full, at the given milestone dates from origin to point of delivery.
Secondly we want to be able to track our own effectiveness in delivering on time and in full.
We have a vast product range and want to be able to categorize an OTIP software system according to the supplier (factory of origin), product range within the supplier and possibly even down to the raw materials used in production.
Thirdly, we would like to make the target dates available to both customer and supplier through the use of a dashboard that can be accessed online.
