SSL cert expired, renewed the cert, exchange is operational, but remote users can't use exchange proxy to connect to exchange via Outlook 2010. On-prem exchange runs Exchange 2010. Using IIS, another developer also uses IIS to run a third party app. Initially, the exchange site was on the default site, but was moved to another site.
