Job Overview
As part of a growing business, we are looking for candidates that can help give high quality service to our clients' inbound calls. Our service partners with quality programs nationwide to guarantee that help-seekers struggling from addictions and mental illnesses get in touch with a live human immediately while ensuring the treatment providers themselves don't lose out on potential clients.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Ability to work a full shift in a private location or transport to our office in Sorrento Valley for scheduled shift times.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Motivated to help people and make a real difference
Pay + benefits:
$10 - $16 per hour
