Our client is seeking the services of a P8 FileNet Certified Professional (FCP) with enterprise content management experience relating to upgrade of FileNet environments. Our client is looking to upgrade their existing IBM FileNet P8 5.2.1 environment to the 5.5.x of the IBM FileNet P8 on the date of contract commencement. This initiative covers the upgrade of the production environment.
2. Our client is seeking the services of an IBM WebSphere MQ Administrator Certified Professional with enterprise level experience relating to upgrade of MQ Server environments. The are looking to upgrade their existing IBM WebSphere MQ 7.0.1.0 environment to MQ 9.1.x of the IBM WebSphere MQ environment on the date of contract commencement. This initiative covers the upgrade of the development and production environment.
Description of Services
1. Build new FileNet P8 instance for production as well as development environment. After the environments are built the proposer will work with NYC-OUR CLIENT to migrate and upgrade the data from the original production via the following steps: a. Install latest Content Engine on Windows Server 2016 operating system with dual core processor production server. b. Install WebSphere Application Server and set up FileNet Webservices and Content Navigator; c. Assist OUR CLIENT developers with modifying FileNet application interfacing to use P8 APIs and web services; d. Migrate content from Current Production environment (5.2.1) to new Production Server and, e. Test Production Environments and provide up to two weeks (consecutive) of regression testing environmental support, final data migration, and production cut over support. 2. Build a new WebSphere MQ Environment for development and production with multi-server multi-Queue Managers clustering.

infrastructure. After the environment is built the proposer will work with NYC OUR CLIENT's developer to assist with System Integration and full-scale end to end testing. The task will include but not limited to the followings:
a. Install latest version of WebSphere MQ Servers to multiple servers including development
b. Create and configure the necessary IBM MQ objects to support existing applications i.e. Queue Manager, Channels, Queues, triggers etc.
c. Configure IBM MQ channels replicating the current system.
d. Create and manage the objects required to enable queue manager clustering and workload management replicating current systems.
e. Configure IBM MQ objects to support Java Message Service to work with existing application.
f. Configure IBM MQ channels with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) / TLS (Transport Layer Security).
g. Configure IBM MQ Explorer for remote administration.
D. Project Requirements/Deliverables 1. Install and configure the development and production instance of FileNet 5.5.x version 2. Migrate content from the current production environment (5.2.1) to the new production environment. The database FileNet objects contains about 35gb.
3. Install and configure the development and production of WebSphere MQ server to 9.x version and integrate with existing processes 4. Regression testing environmental support, final data migration, and production cut over support.

III. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS The proposer should demonstrate that the firm has staff with the following credentials: 1. Experience with multiple installations of FileNet Environment 2. Would be at least P8 Certified under the FileNet Certification Program (FCP) with: i. FileNet Capture Professional Administration 5 or above; ii. FileNet P8 4.0 or above Platform Administration credentials. Desired Certification/Experience: iii. Developer 4.0, including passing the associated exams for FileNet BPM Process Design and FileNet P8 Web Application Toolkit Programming. iv. Content Manager/Product Technical Support 4.0, including passing the associated exam for CFS Administration. 3. Experience with multiple installations of WebSphere MQ Environment 4. Would be at least IBM WebSphere MQ Administrator 8 or above Certified under the IBM Professional Certification Program.
