Looking for a PCB designer to make an IOT I/O device which can be plugged into the Segway es2 e-scooter.

This device should
1)serve as a relay to turn the motor on and off.
2) should get battery and GPS data and (gsm/Gps)
3) have a Bluetooth connection to receive commands from a mobile application to lock and unlock the scooter.
4)accelerometer for anti-theft system
5) should be compatible with Segway Es2 scooter.

Bird limebike and spin use something like this.
