Required PCB Design,Core Bluetooth,Electronics,Embedded Systems,Circuit Design freelancer for PCB File Creation job

I need a PCB file for small bluetooth device made (length smaller than 60mm but can be as small as needed, height no larger than 1-2mm, and width no longer than 13mm). The bluetooth chip needs emit a sound when triggered through an app we are creating as well as connect to the app. I have spoken with multiple manufacturers and they all require a PCB file or a PCBA. I need to give the manufacturer what is necessary to create the chip and am relying on your expertise to help me with this process. Looking forward to getting this portion of the project completed!
