Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for .pdf file - fix format job

I'm looking for someone who can do following 3 tasks quickly and correctly. you will fix and give back all in correct .pdf format.

#1. create phonics sentences - $15

1. see the 'sample sentence file.pdf' - you will create like this - use sentence and picture included in folders. (Keep the small grey numbers on bottom left)
--> you will give me back: 4 .pdfs files
Short Vowels.pdf
Blends.pdf
Endings_Diagraph.pdf
Long Vowels.pdf


#2. fix existing .ai files to .pdf files- $20

Part A) you will create pdf like '2. sample cards.pdf' (note that border should be like that, plus in white small text on bottom right, you will write 'Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3'. also the SIZE of each card should be 4 x 6 inches) use these files
* NOTE: some files are missing picture - you can get these from '2. missing pictures' folder

--> you will give me back 3 pdfs:
Level 1 Words.pdf
Level 2 Phrases.pdf
Level 3 Sentences.pdf

Part B) you will do same thing with these files as in #2 (size = 4 x 6 inches; keep border on top bottom and you will need to cut off a little on left and right sides (just do you best to make it look good still) - you will ADD SMALL WHITE NUMBER on TOP RIGHT and write on bottom the title: Sight Words 1 (use color 1), Sight Words 2 (use color 2), Sight Phrases 3 (use color 3), Sight Phrases 4 (use color 4)

you will give me back 4 pdfs:
Sight Words 1.pdf
Sight Words 2.pdf
Sight Phrases 3.pdf
Sight Phrases 4.pdf

#3. create english sentence (like #1) - $30

Get sentences from each book and put them in 'sentences.pdf' (just like in #1, using sample sentence file.pdf)
Each book has about 10 sentences, so that's 1,000 sentences total. Keep all images. If there are more than 1 sentence, then write 1 sentence in one line. 2 sentences in 2 lines, etc.
- keep the numbers
--> you will give me 10 pdfs (named according to folders). Each book has 10 sentences and each folder has 10 books.
