I need someone to configure the already setup pfsense firewall & FreePBX at our head office to be configured to two sites.

We need the firewall to be robust in the Head Office and new pfsense configuration at our site office.
Block access to facebook, p2p sites, youtube etc. during working hours
Set up a VPN to the main office.
FreePBX to work between both sites if possible.

Our pfsense & FreePBX is running under VM's.
