We are looking for a customer service rep to work remotely. Main functions includes
- Answer inbound calls for customer services ( Script and training resource will be provided). Calls will include inventory check, customer report shipping damage or defect, tracking inquiries., transfer other calls to provided extensions. You will record cases into our ERP system and handle basic cases. Estimate 10-15 calls per day
- Answer basic email questions
- Answer Chat messages
- Internet research during down time.
- Provide weekly report to supervisor
Superivor can be reached during your work hours via Sky.pe or Phone. Working Hours Pacific Standard Time PST 8:AM-2:00 PM Monday - Friday
Candidate must be fluent in English with minimal accent with good internet connection. This will be an long term job. Pay weekly. 30 - 35 Hours per week. Must comply work hours between 8AM-2PM PST. Calls and emails are subjected to be monitored for quality assurance.
