We are selling Jewelry products mostly in Amazon and we are currently looking for a remote jewelry photographer with extensive and accomplished experience with product photography (preferably with a focus on fine-jewelry), styling and image consistency on the team that produces our world-class product images. If you have a polished portfolio in the luxury retail space, a keen eye for detail, love efficiency and move quickly in a high-energy environment then we are the right fit for you.
Skill and Experience: - Retouch and color correct product images for placement on our website, publications, email campaigns, advertising and more highly skilled in jewelry photography and retouching, portrait retouching, and have graphic design experience - Communicate project progress and potential challenges on a timely basis - Strong skills in retouching products; especially jewelry, and on-figure model images - Ability to work at a fast pace - An eye for detail and color accuracy - Work with creative team to find new efficiencies in workflow.
Responsibilities: - Photography: Close-up shots for website images and also possibly on models (lifestyle images).
- Photoshop: Retouching jewelry photos to enhance the appearance (often needing to remove or smooth out distracting reflections, making color adjustments to ensure that all products have consistent tones of yellow-gold, rose-gold, etc, changing colors of gemstones, etc.). In addition, portrait retouching including blemish removal, smoothing skin tones, and other enhancements.
- Graphic Design: Designing marketing ads with images and text, creating split-tests for main product image, price, title, etc.
