I'm working for a photographer who lives in Miami. We are trying to find someone who is an expert at calibrating color between Monitor / PC / printer. She is printing on the Epson SC P800 but having a very frustrating problem where sometimes magenta is printing with a weird shift. The people at Epson service center in Miami can't help cause they say (and they're right) that it's a photoshop problem, not something that's wrong with the printer.
