I am looking to build a WP site that is a subscription-based site. I will share a pptx with shortlisted candidates. It has the exact look that i am seeking. as you can see it looks like LinkedIn/Twitter feed

I am ok with you using a plugin for membership and payment - but need the UI and the ability to post to members exactly like the pptx. The ability to select who sees my post should be such that if i have a $1 - $3 - $5 - $10 subscription ... if i post to the $3 subscribers then everyone from $3 - $10 should see it. And i should be able to select who sees my post - in the same UI that i am using to actually create the post
