I am in need of a developer on the following:
- A PLC program that :
- Collects 5 channels of analog data
- Controls 10 digital output channels
- Collects 5 digital input channels
- Stores data into 1 minute averages
- Has a PLC timer that periodically controls 3 subroutines *This can be controlled by PC
- Has the ability to initiate the 3 subroutines manually *This can be controlled by PC
- A PC/Windows computer database program that interfaces with the PLC to perform the following:
- Collect the data from the DAS and enter it into a DB continuously
- Perform analysis functions on the data and store results in DB
- Perform mathematical functions on the data and store results in DB
- Allows easy user editing of the DB using cut and paste
- Has 5 report routines to produce various reports on the data, including printing the data, and exporting the data in different formats
- Has an email sending feature that activates under programmed conditions
- Has live operating display screen that shows PLC status and live PLC data
- Has ability to control PLC subroutines upon user manual command *Subroutines do not have to reside in PLC, PC can send manual commands to PLC
- Has logbook for user to enter notes with dates
- Has DB backup routine
- Has ability for user to select different themes
- Is password protected separately for operator and admin access
The programming will need to be in a format easily accessed in the future by other personnel and include an excess of programming notes.

I will at that point pay for two hours of your time to analyze my need and produce an approximate quote on time needed. The project is listed as a one-time project for this reason. The project will last until completed and bugs worked out.
