We are a real estate company looking for a Podio Development Expert to help us with implementing a new leads processing process. You need to be able to take written requirements through to implementation, help guide decision making and then deliver a working Podio based process. It is a multi-stage/app CRM to track customers and properties through the sales process.
This is a big and very long-term project. We are looking for someone who we can build a long-term working relationship with.
Requirements:
- Ability to take written requirements and implement them in Podio
- Ability to understand the goal and guide development to optimize the Podio design
- Very strong focus on data collection and reporting to be able to measure the process
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Experienced with integrated RingCentral and Mojo Power Dialer including the ability to send text and email, integrate mail service and send letters directly from Podio.
