I need someone to help me setup a forum for a gaming community. This gaming community will be able to purchase a points based currency using CC details / PayPal, with those points they can purchase digital products. We need it to be primarily a forum, with a shopping page. The forum will be called 'Rastahub' and is video game related. We are aware there will be a cost to this product and we are not time wasters. I will need help with a payment gateway / API content of forum / structure I can deal with, but I need that initial setup. I have tried but failed on a couple of occasions.
