I need an individual with an exceptional ability to communicate oh the phone with potential clients for my injury and family law firm. Two main character traits that make all the difference: 1. Empathy for a person going through a very difficult point in their lives, and 2. Ability to be strong and comforting, setting for the client a paid consultation with a lawyer either in our office or on the phone with the lawyer.
The two roles are:
1. Operator. A switchboard role of moving calls to the appropriate team, taking messages, ect.
2. Intake liason: Spending time with a potential client on the phone, gathering relevant information, and developing a bond with the potential client before escalating them to a consultation.
We are hiring for 20 and 30 hour a week shifts. Pay is hourly.
There is scripts and training materials, and most importantly, role playing on calls prior to actually being on the phone.
