We are a system integrator technology company in one of the emerging markets and we are looking for an EXPERT who has experience in drafting processes.
As a process improvement specialist, you will evaluate current processes and practices, drafting new or improving existing ones for all the departments, as well as plan and implement improvements.
You will be responsible for supporting teams in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements and process re-engineering opportunities, providing continuous technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
You will also need to coordinate with various teams to analyze results and performance, identifying what is needed to deliver even more effective solutions and ensure that teams work in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.
Starting from the initial project of drafting processes, this role may become a long term working relationship where the candidate will work on an ongoing basis as our consultant.
