Required Accounting freelancer for Project Manager at Healthcare Organization job

I am in need of a person that's knowledgeable who can develop a strategic plan to improve Specialty Care Services in FQHC. The candidate should be familiar with PCMH, Meaningful Use, AZAR, etc. They must have experience in PDSA, LEAN, Performance Improvement, Work Flow Management, Staffing Cost Analysis, and DASH Boards.

They will be working on three years of DATA, the company's Strategic Plan and any other supporting documentation. It must be editable and manageable.
