Looking for someone who is fluent in english with experience in customer outreach, admin related tasks and project management. We currently have a program we just released called Marc's Inner Circle. The course includes roughly 30 people who will all be receiving 1v1 training from me. They will also have access to a membership portal, a private facebook group and weekly group calls.
I am looking for someone to help me handle the logistics of everything and at times communicate with customers on my behalf. The main thing I need is to make sure that all of my calls are booked correctly, the customer knows what time, what link to click, etc. i also need someone to review the calls and make notes to update our CRM.
I will need help at times in sending out emails to the group, posting updates in the FB group, tallying up group votes for things such as 'convenient group call times', etc.
This program lasts 3 months and will require about 20 hours per week. Although this particular program lasts 3 months, we plan on continuing to this indefinitely. Hence, we are looking for a LONG TERM project manager that can take point on this whole program.
